Price Adjustment Effective 1st of March 2026

We would like to begin by thanking you for your continued trust and cooperation. Through long-term partnerships and joint development, we create stable and competitive logistics solutions together.
In order to continue ensuring high quality, reliable capacity, and robust deliveries in an increasingly changing environment, TK Logistik AB will implement a price adjustment effective as of 1 March 2026.
The price adjustment is driven by increased costs related to transport capacity, terminal handling, IT development, as well as regulatory and market-related requirements. At the same time, we continue to invest in our services and platform – focusing on more efficient flows, increased transparency, and an enhanced customer experience.
In connection with this, our general terms and conditions and surcharge services will also be updated with effect from 1 March 2026. Current terms will be published on our website www.tklogistik.se.
We are well aware that the market continues to be characterized by uncertainty and cost pressure, and our ambition is to remain a long-term and reliable logistics partner throughout 2026 through dialogue, stability, and strong operational control.
